Prior to purchase, all customers are required to acknowledge our terms and conditions. 

1.0  Cerebral Supplements will offer a refund ONLY under the following conditions:

•  A product is received defective (does not perform as advertised or as designed)
•  The product is not delivered to the customer following a purchase. This condition will need to be proven by the buyer as all items are sent with tracking. 

2.0  Cerebral Supplements will accept a return/exchange ONLY under the following conditions:

•  The wrong product is sent ( we will cover postage costs for this occurance)

3.0 Cerebral Supplements will not offer a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:

•  The buyer has 'changed their mind' about the product

If we have delivered the wrong product or the product is defective, please get in contact with us as soon as possible so we may rectify the matter.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit amp; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
